Diabetes Prevention

 I think this is the one.
Sashimi, tofu, black garlic, brown rice, tomato, okra, hijiki seaweed, konbu (kelp), broccoli, the perfect combination for diabetes.
We tried yesterday because of World Diabetes Day. But we did not sell well, actually. It's OK, I will do this again next year.  TAKA
