Thi sbroth go into ramen broth.

We have slow cooked short rib on the menu.
So I use this beef broth into ramen broth.
It means my ramen broth is chicken, pork and beef, triple power.

I think beef is expensive in Japan and they do not use it. But we all know beef broth is the BEST.
I use it, no matter what. I believe it good and better, best.

Cold tonight and tomorrow. Come to TAKA and eat ramen noodle.
