Something new at TAKA

Sujiko Don, fresh salmon roe with sushi rice.
We normally sell Ikura, salmon roe but it is frozen one.
And Sujiko is fresh one comes from Japan.
It is very limited period around October- November.

Sawara, Spanish mackerel from Japan.
I just make simple sashimi with fresh grated ginger and scallion.
This fish is also limited.
Sawara is available all season. But October- November sawara is the best because of fat percentage in the body.
This is from yamagata area, Japan Sea in Japan.

King Salmon with Edamame dip
I think you can make this at your home.
I will eat this edamame dip with Ritz cracker later.
