I use this sushi seasoning for sushi rice, Actually I add red rice vinegar with it.
If I make sushi seasoning by myself with rice vinegar, I make like this.
4 cups of rice vinegar
1.25 cups of sugar
0.25 cups of sea salt
After I read about the label of seasoning. I need to go back to my classic way.
High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)—also called glucose/fructose in Canada. Isoglucose or Glucose-Fructose syrup and high-fructose maize syrup in other countries—comprises any of a group of corn syrups that has undergone enzymatic processing to convert some of its glucose into fructose to produce a desired sweetness.
And MSG in it. I never read this label before.
Sushi need to be healthy but our distributors make non-healthy sushi vinegar.
I need to change this ASAP.

We need to be healthy and need to eat good and safe foods.
