Green bean sells well.

I love this vegetables.  It is Green bean. I prefer to fry not braise.

This is our popular menu.
Green Bean Tempura.
Just make tempura and sprinkle sea salt.
I feel this is my way of French Fry.
French fry is a kind of deep fry.
But cooking green bean tempura is only 1 minute, not deep fry.

I can do Kabocha squash same way.
Kabocha is harder than green bean and takes a few minutes.
But tasty vegetables and rich in fiber, beta carotene.

You can dip in tempura sauce but I like sea salt way.
