My favorite Dishes


Grilled Oh-Toro with Grated Daikon Radish and Ponzu sauce.
I added shredded vegetables.
This part is chewy but easy to eat after grilled.


Ankimo, Monkfish Liver Pate.
This one was really good.
It is nature made, means the quality is not same all the time.
It is really bad sometimes.
