Fresh Bonito from Gulf

My worker's husband went to Gulf and caught.

He wanted to say something?
I found 2 small squids in head.
He ate good food.

I seared after cut.
And I slice and make Katsuo Tataki.

Katsuo, Bonito matches with green onion, ginger, shiso and spouts.
We eat it with ponzu sauce.
