Uni Jio, Sea Urchin Salt I just made it.

I was thinking about this for white fish. And I made it, It was really good.

1, Strain Uni and place on Fried Pan. It gets hard.

2, Make it small and place it back to Fried Pan. Make it dry.

3, Strain again and place it back to fried Pan.  See uni sand?

4, Make sure 100% dried and add roasted sea salt.

what I can do with this is below.

I make Hirame Nigiri Sushi and sprinkle Uni Jio.
I ate it straight, was yummy.
