Something New right now.

Tuna supply is not great but we always have something new.
 
Iidako, baby Octopus.

Iidako season is just started. I get it uncooked condition. I boiled and serve with Sumiso, miso vinegar mustard. I cut head and cook it.

Shirako, Cod testicular , or Pollac Milt
I had it from Boston. And I stopped to sell it. And I got this one from Japan.
Yes, Japanese cod quality is higher than Boston one.
The price is 3.5 times higher but is worth to eat.

I try somethin new every 2months.
