Akoudai, Sebastes

 Look at this big eyes.
This is Akou-Dai, Sebastes. It is from Japan. Top is Kinme-Dai, Splendid AlfonsinoThe weight is almost 3.5 kg.

And I cut this fish.
Look at this ugly face, And I decided to cook.

This cooking way is called Nitsuke, braised. We do a lot of nitsuke. We do Kinmedai, Madai, Kinki, Karei and more.
