New Fish Kasago, Rock Fish

We cut Nisin, Herring and replaced to Kasago, Rock Fish.
The name of Kasago is called in Tokyo arean. Hiroshima in my home town say Mebaru.
The season is from winter to spring but can eat whole year.
It is good for sashimi, fried, blaised, nabe and more.
I like this texture and meat is clean.
