Hijiki Salad

Some people know this. Hijiki is kind of seaweed.

Research studies have determined hijiki to have 34 grams of minerals per 100 grams. It has excessively high amounts of calcium and fiber. It also contains many other beneficial minerals. These mineral are essential to our health, which makes the health benefits of hijiki important to the well being of our bodies. It can also improve the strength and condition of one's hair.

Like many sea vegetables, hijiki is an excellent bone-builder, since it contains more calcium than any other seaweed available. For this reason, frequent consumption of hijiki will also guard your body against osteoporosis and other bone diseases. Hijiki is also an excellent source of fiber, which helps to lower elevated cholesterol and regulate blood sugar levels. It also contains the following nutrients, to varying degrees: Iodine, iron, beta carotine phosphorus, potassium, protein, sodium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B12, magnesium, as well as the compound fucoidan, which is known to prevent cancer.

So, what is a problem? American people don't like the color of black.
Some of our customers don't like nori, seawseed for sushi. It sticks on teeth, that they say.
American need to know more healthy benefits than looks or something like that.

I make hijiki with edamame, fish cake, lotus root. You can try this. Being healthy is not difficut, jut eat good food.
We were very healthy before. The turning point was 1971. The first McDonal's opened in Tokyo. They have 3300 stores in Japan.
That was a big mistake. Japanese people think this is fast food and trendy. I feel this is junk food and for poor people.
Anyway, we have to eat something good. If I need to eat something quick, I go to Subways, this is still better than frozen meat pate. Don't you think so? Or, I just don't eat. I can do this.
Ask me for Hikiji Salad tasting.
