There are so many wasabi.

1, Powder wasabi - this is the really common wasabi and all restaurants use it.

2, Oroshi Nama Wasabi frozen - This is a little bit expensive. I can say more than 10 times expensive than powder wasabi. I use it for sashimi or making dressing.

3, Chopped wasabi - This is good for a garnish and sauce, I think they make this from trunk of wasabi. It is still spicy.

4, Wasabi root - This is real wasabi and very very expensive. It's growing farm in NC and OR. And the taste is really good.

I use 4 different wasabis fot each occasions.
