My name is Taka. I am the owner of TAKA, Japanese restaurant in Buckhead, Atlanta, USA. I opned this small place in 2002. Restaurant business is drama without script. It is fun and stress. But the word of "Thank you. It was delicious." is everything. It is encouragement, reward, vitamin for tomorrow. I write my everyday's drama here. Thanks for all.

New Pinot Grigio
It is new Year and I am switching many wines.
Grandi & Gabana Pinot Grigio
Bright golden yellow in colour with green hues. Strong floreal bouquet with hints of green apple. Pairs well with appetizers, shellfish, fish, soup, poultry.
Tangent Pinot Gris
This wine shows vibrant minerality and traditional hints of a pine-resin character. Tropical and stone fruits jump from the glass, but are well balanced by a bit of lemon and a nice acid backbone. My aim here was to keep to the pure Alsatian style. It pairs nicely with many foods, especially fried calamari and classic risotto.”
