Bule fin Tuna, Very surprised!

I received blue fin tuna this morning. It was fresh one.

My supplier called me 7am today. He did not expect fat in this tuna. But he found after cut it.
So, he woke me up and I ordered.
I ate it , not bad.
It is available until Saturday.

Guess when was the last time I had food tuna. I think October in 2011.

We need to share this natural art. Sushi is very simple food, good fish and good rice.
