I showed you pork belly and chicken gizzard the other day.
And this picture is after that.
It takes 2 days to make perfect slow cooked pork belly.
I cooked chicken gizzard about 5 hours to make soft.
Then, I made tempura style.
It is hard to sell this kind of food at sushi restaurants. I just made these because of convention demand.
And I like these foods personally.
