Beef liver and Asian Chives

It is summer. Hot and not much appetite, right?
We say Natsu bate, Summer fatigue.
So, we have to eat something good for our body.
Beef liver is good and with chives.
This green chives is called nira. We use it for Japanese gyoza dumpling.
There is a different nira and color is yellow. We normally use green.
Yellow one is good for pan fried.
