Dried Mackerel

This is dried mackerel. I hang them with chopsticks. It takes a couple days to finish.

It is called himono, dried fish. We do Aji or hokke and many fishes. We do with brushing soy sauce mirin and is called mirin-boshi.

I think I grill this one with sea salt or do something.

Japanese likes this kind of food. We dry our laundry outside of house.
