Hirame Kobujime

This is called hirame kobujime, kelped flounder.
This is a kind of fish and kelp sandwich's.
It is easy to make and taste is great.
Kelp is called konbu in Japanese. I sometimes eat konbu itself after using kelp. It is a little bit salty but cannot miss good minerals.
We are coming from sea and should like sea foods.
I served this with uni sauce.
