Tsukemono, Pickles

We have 5 kinds of pickles.
Green: Wasaina, wasabi plant
Orange: Yamagobo, mountain gobo root
Purple: Shibazuke, cucumber
Red: Fukushinzuke, Radish
Yellow: Takuan, radish
Each one has a diffrent flavor and taste.
I sometimes make my pickles with radish, carrot and cucumber.
